Navigating life transitions, stress and critical decision-making.
We can all find ourselves at a crossroads when high stakes, persistent stress, or major life changes test our clarity. When you are accustomed to holding everything together for others, finding space to reflect on your own choices becomes essential.
My role is to help you pause, unpack the competing demands, and chart a purposeful path forward with confidence, resilience, and clinical support.
How I can support you
Tailored individual therapy for professionals, leaders, and individuals navigating acute stress, burnout, or life transitions. Together, we work to untangle complex demands, restore perspective and understand how past experiences or long standing relationship patterns may still be shaping your present.
Even strong relationships can experience strain when high-stakes careers, dual career marriages/partnerships, family demands, or major shifts create distance. Evidence-based couples therapy offers a supportive, non-judgmental forum to improve communication, resolve entrenched patterns, and chart a constructive path forward
Family counselling designed to help families navigate complex dynamics, life transitions, and communication barriers. Together, we establish an objective, supportive environment to reduce tension, foster mutual understanding, and rebuild strong family connections.
Accredited mediation to guide couple and families through conflict resolution, parenting arrangements, and estate or separation decisions. Focus on practical outcomes through an objective, structured, and confidential process.

You don't need to decide this before making contact. Sometimes what begins as an individual concern is connected to a couple or family relationship, and sometimes it is helpful to involve other family members at a later stage. We can discuss what is happening and decide together on the most appropriate way to begin.

No. You do not need a GP referral to make an appointment. However, some clients choose to obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan from their GP, which may provide access to Medicare rebates for eligible individual psychology sessions. Medicare rebates do not apply to couples or family counselling.
-
Yes. You don't need to have a diagnosis or be able to define the problem before coming to counselling. Sometimes the first step is simply making sense of what has been happening, what has changed, and what you would like to be different.
-
Yes. Consultations are available both in person and online. Where practical, I encourage clients who are based in Sydney to meet with me in person, particularly for the initial consultation, as this can be helpful in establishing the therapeutic relationship and gaining a fuller understanding of what is happening. My practice is centrally located in Sydney CBD.
I also work online with clients across Australia and internationally, and online counselling can provide an effective and valuable therapeutic experience when distance, travel or other circumstances make meeting in person less practical.
